Five Healthy Habits I Use For Successful Weight Loss And Maintenance
1. Keep my body hydrated with at least 8 to 10 8 oz glasses of water daily. 2. Eat a minimum of 5 fresh fruits and vegetables per day. 3. Keep my body moving and do a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity daily at least 5 days per week. 4. Lower the intake of unhealthy fats, eat more whole grains and limit the amount of processed foods you consume regularly 5. Check the scale periodically and chart my calorie intake and exercise calories burned to maintain a healthy balance and perspective of realistic diet and exercise goals.
